Meeting Matrix Conferon has recently purchased and conducted training on Meeting Matrix software for each of its offices. This software will enable Conferon’s Account Planners and Account Executives to produce professional function diagrams which show seating style, staging, audio visual equipment, and buffets. While these diagrams will not be completed for every event, they will be rendered for those events where the set-up is unique, extremely detailed, or a tight fit. This investment was made so that our staff can continue to upgrade the level of professional information we supply to our clients and suppliers.
