Our standard services include a secure on-line registration and housing form, a “how-to” page including instructions and up-to-the-minute meeting information, and a diversions page, which provides links to your destination’s hot spots. We also offer links to and from your home page for seamless integration from your site to ours. Filling out the on-line form couldn’t be easier, and it’s safe too. Once your attendees enter their information, it is encrypted — from the moment it leaves their PC until it arrives at our server. Once at our server, the information is decrypted and then downloaded directly into our registration/ reservation system; thereby providing attendees a fast, easy and secure way to transfer their sensitive information. Robert Duke, Director of Business Affairs for CompTel states, “We offered on-line registration for the first time earlier this year. Fourteen percent of our 1,100 registrations were received through the Internet; however, one-third of our early registrations were received this way.
