As a contracted member of the Conferon Sales Network, our National Account Managers will market and sell the full range of Conferon's varied meeting management resources and service options. Working within their preferred geographic location and office environment, and building on existing customer relationships worldwide, these new Conferon team members will be free to design and lead their own business development strategies to match both their individual earning and lifestyle objectives, while at the same time be part of a dynamic and highly respected sales and service team. These National Account Managers will be empowered to build their business through new account development efforts with a unique corporate support and service structure enabling them to spend as much time selling as possible, keeping administrative requirements to a minimum.
Primary Responsibilities
Contracted members of the Conferon Sales Network shall provide sales representation services including:
- Territory sales development to maximize new revenue development from the full line of Conferon meeting management products and services
- New account identification, development, and solicitation
- Initiation, compilation, and presentation of site selection recommendations to prospective clients
- Initiation and negotiation of applicable hotel and meeting facility contracts
- Facilitation of the sales transaction process
- Creation, compilation, and processing of post-event hotel pick-up reports
- Account management and administration
Compensation
As independent contractors, all Conferon Sales Network members shall be compensated for their sales representation services through a lucrative and multi-level revenue sharing program providing uncapped earning potential.
Interested Parties
Qualified contractors will have a demonstrated track record of sales success within the US and/or Canadian meeting industry, be enthusiastic and proven self-starters with a high degree of initiative and confident creativity, and be fully skilled in personal computing operations essential to a flexible and remote office environment.
